1. About Our Service

SiteDekho provides an online platform that allows users to create and publish Mini Websites or business profiles containing information such as business details, products, services, offers, photographs, business hours, contact information and social media links.

2. Account Registration

To create a Mini Website, you may be required to provide certain information. You agree that:

• The information provided by you will be accurate and complete
• You will keep your account information updated
• You will keep your login credentials confidential
• You will be responsible for activity carried out through your account

You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. User-Provided Content

You are responsible for all content that you upload, submit or publish through the platform. This may include:

• Product information
• Product photographs
• Logos
• Videos
• Offers
• Descriptions
• Contact information
• Social media links

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish such content.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not use our platform to publish content that:

• Is misleading or deceptive
• Violates another person's rights
• Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Business Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business information displayed on your Mini Website. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality or authenticity of information submitted by users. We are not responsible for disputes between users and customers resulting from products, services, prices, offers, advertisements or other information published by a user.

6. Customer Enquiries

Our platform may provide features such as phone buttons, WhatsApp links, enquiry forms, email links or social media links. We only provide these tools to help customers contact businesses. We are not a party to transactions, agreements or disputes between a business owner and its customers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Products and Services

Users may display products and services through their Mini Website. However, the sale, delivery, quality, warranty, return, refund and fulfillment of those products or services are the responsibility of the respective business owner unless otherwise expressly stated by us.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features or plans may require payment. The applicable price, duration and features will be displayed before payment where applicable. Unless otherwise specified, subscription fees are for the selected service period and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

9. Renewal and Expiry

If your service operates on a subscription basis, your Mini Website may remain active only for the applicable subscription period. After expiry, we may suspend or deactivate the Mini Website and related features. We may provide a grace period at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so unless specifically stated in your plan or agreement.

10. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate an account or Mini Website if:

• These Terms are violated
• The account is used for illegal activities
• False or fraudulent information is provided
• The service is misused
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
• The account creates a security or technical risk
• Required by law or a government authority

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action.

11. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its software, design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks and other original material, may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our platform or proprietary material without our prior written permission. 15. Disclaimer

Our Mini Website platform is provided to help users establish and manage an online business presence. We do not guarantee that creating a Mini Website will result in:

• Increased sales
• More customers
• Higher search-engine rankings
• Google ranking
• Increased social-media followers
• Any specific business result

Business results depend on many factors outside our control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteDekho shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This may include loss of business, revenue, customers, data or profits. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SiteDekho harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from: Your use of the platform, Your violation of these Terms, Content uploaded by you, Your violation of another person's rights, Your products or services, or Your dealings with your customers.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after the updated terms are published may constitute acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
